Garin Rouch is an award winning Organisation Development and Design consultant with over 16 years experience helping organisations achieve their strategic objectives. During his career Garin has consulted to organisations in London, Shanghai and Sydney to foster a culture of performance across business units in order to deliver on their strategy. He has delivered consulting projects to leading organisations including Investors in People, Legal & General, BNP Paribas, Citigroup, & Westpac Bank.

Garin’s was awarded a distinction for his MSc in Systemic Leadership and Organisational Development and is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD. He is also Vice Chair of CIPD Central London and is lead for the CIPD London Organisation Development and Design group
