Anna is a Director at Anna Spragg Consultancy - she specialises in people, culture, and diversity and inclusion. Anna helps organisations become more inclusive, effective, and people-centred by delivering people strategies and projects with lasting impact.
Anna has an extensive background is HR (CIPD Level 7 qualified) but her passion is in organsational development (OD) and diversity and inclusion (D&I). She has led many strategic people and culture change projects, and developed and delivered D&I and OD strategies and solutions both in-house and for clients across the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors.
