With extensive experience in leadership and organization development, Mark brings a fresh perspective informed by research and reflection. His work focuses particularly on the dynamics of power, voice, and silence in the workplace.
In recent years, Mark has contributed significantly to the health and social care sectors, helping individuals and teams understand complexity and adopt systems approaches to navigate it.
Mark is the author of Radical Organisation Development (Routledge, 2020), a critical examination of current OD practices that explores innovative ways to reimagine the field.
Most recently, his collaboration with John resulted in The Great Unheard at Work: Understanding Voice and Silence in Organisations (Routledge, 2023), a profound exploration of how organizations can better engage with issues of voice and silence.
