
Guido Palazzo
Guido Palazzo is Professor of Business Ethics at HEC Lausanne, where he explores how organisational systems and environments can lead well-intentioned people to make unethical decisions. His work on ethical blindness, corporate misconduct, and the moral challenges of globalisation has been widely published and recognised with awards such as the Max-Weber Award. Guido has advised senior leaders at companies including Audi, Siemens, and Johnson & Johnson, and led executive education for Chinese government officials.
