With a background spanning consulting, corporate leadership, and hands-on coaching, she’s spent over two decades helping companies scale, adapt, and create better employee experiences.
Currently, she’s the VP of Strategic Organizational Development at reMarkable, where she leads the effort of creating a company with the mission to bring better thinking to the world, by enabling structures and ways of working for a growing global workforce. She also served as Acting Chief Organizational Officer, ensuring the organization stayed people-focused through rapid growth.
Before that, she was a Senior Manager in Strategy & Consulting at Accenture and
Implement Consulting Group.
