Gervase Bushe is one of the most influential contemporary thinkers in Organisation Development, best known for his work on dialogic OD, Clear Leadership and change in complex systems.
A Professor of Leadership and Organization Development at the Beedie School of Business, Simon Fraser University, he has shaped how practitioners understand culture, leadership and change in dynamic environments. His work bridges academic rigour and practical application and is widely used by OD consultants, coaches and senior leaders globally.
He is the author of Clear Leadership and, with Robert Marshak, Dialogic Organization Development, a seminal text that helped define dialogic approaches to change. His work explores how organisations transform through conversations, meaning-making and shifts in collective attention, particularly where traditional diagnostic models fall short.
