Dr. Paul Tolchinsky
Paul Tolchinsky is a pioneering organisation development practitioner, author and consultant, best known for his work in Whole-Scale™ Change and socio-technical systems design. He is a founder of the European Organisation Design Forum (EODF) and Managing Partner at Performance Development Associates, an international boutique consulting firm based in Scottsdale, Arizona.
With more than 35 years of experience, Paul has worked with organisations around the world to help accelerate change, improve organisational effectiveness and design more adaptive systems of work. He and his team have facilitated hundreds of organisation design and transformation projects across a wide range of sectors and geographies.
Paul is internationally recognised for his contribution to whole system approaches to change and is the co-author of two books and more than 50 articles on organisation development, large-scale change and systems thinking
