Lizzie Bentley Bowers

An Executive and Leadership coach since 2008, Lizzie is accredited at PCC level by the International Coach Federation. She has an MSc in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology and has particular expertise in ADHD coaching, Transactional Analysis, presence and storytelling, and the Mutual Learning Approach.

Lizzie is also the founder of Towards Leadership, a place of resource, community, insight and inspiration.

She is the host of the Leadership Letters podcast, the author of The Strengths Stacker Journal and the co-author of the newly released book Good Bye.
