Omar Morales
Omar Morales is an OD leader specialising in transformation, leadership effectiveness and operating model design in complex global organisations. With nearly 20 years’ experience across HR business partnership, talent strategy and OD, he works at the intersection of business performance and human capability, helping organisations translate strategy into action and navigate large-scale change.
He is Head of OD at Microsoft, leading transformation in the context of AI & rapid technological change. His work includes operating model design, leadership team effectiveness, organisational capability and systems thinking across HR ecosystems.
Omar serves on the Board of Trustees for the Organisation Development Network and contributes to the field through advisory roles with the University of Southern California and Case Western Reserve University. He is also a doctoral student researching leadership resilience and organisational adaptability in the age of AI.
