Jaimini Lakhani
Jaimini Lakhani is a seasoned consultant and business-development leader whose career spans three continents and multiple sectors. Born in Uganda, educated in the U.S., and now based in the U.K., she brings a global perspective to transformational work in the private, public and third sectors. Jaimini has partnered with organisations at critical inflection points—drawing on roles at the likes of Accenture, Burberry, British Council, Heathrow Airport Holdings and the U.K. Ministry of Justice.
Beyond consulting, Jaimini contributes to the wider ecosystem as a non-executive board member for startup organisations including Aha Retail Partners, and serves as a guest lecturer at the Claude Littner Business School (University of West London). Passionate about sustainability and innovation, she has applied this focus in the fashion industry and in her tenure at J.P. Morgan, helping drive strategic change through purpose-led business models.
