
Toby Lindsay
Toby Lindsay is a skilled facilitator, coach and Organisation Development practitioner with over 20 years’ experience supporting leadership, team and system change across health and care. He currently works with The King’s Fund, where he designs and delivers leadership development programmes that support collaboration, relational working and transformation across complex systems. He also delivers a wide variety of work through Lindsay Associates
Toby’s approach is rooted in values of inquiry, participation and shared learning. He brings a rich blend of practice, research and reflection to his work, drawing on action learning, group dynamics, systems thinking and adult development. He is particularly interested in how people build collective sense-making and navigate difference in service of better outcomes.
Toby also teaches on academic programmes and contributes to the wider field through writing, supervision and mentoring.
