Professor Chris Worley
Dr. Chris Worley is a globally recognised expert in organisation development, agility, and organisation design. He formerly led the Master of Science in Organisation Development (MSOD) programme at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and has served as Chair of the Organisation Development and Change Division of the Academy of Management.
Chris has worked with organisations across sectors – from aerospace to FMCG, financial services to the public sector – helping them navigate strategic change and build adaptive capacity. His work is grounded in more than 15 years of management experience, combined with deep academic insight.
He is the author or co-author of several influential books, including Built to Change, The Agility Factor, Becoming Agile, and Management Reset. With Tom Cummings, he co-authored Organization Development and Change, the field’s leading textbook. His award-winning research has appeared multiple publications
