Dr Linda Holbeche
Linda Holbeche is a thought and practice leader in the fields of leadership, HR, organisation design and development. With a strong focus on helping individuals and organisations achieve sustainable high performance, she has shaped thinking and practice across the field for decades.
Linda is a respected author, consultant, coach, and developer. She’s written over 50 research reports, more than 100 articles, and ten books exploring leadership, strategic change, and organisational effectiveness. S
She’s held senior roles at the CIPD, The Work Foundation, Roffey Park, and American Express, and she continues to influence the field through research, writing, and teaching. Linda is currently Visiting Professor at several UK universities, including Cass Business School, the University of Bedfordshire, and the University of Derby. She also serves as Co-Director of the Centre for Progressive Leadership at London Metropolitan University.
